Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights

I just leased my first car and Nicole was the greatest! She went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle I wanted and I am so grateful for all of my help. She was patient, knowledgable, and doesn't mess around. My family has been buying and leasing cars from Suburban Ford for years and we also come back to Nicole. I would recommend her to anybody! She was exception and I will never forget my first lease because she made the experience so easy for me.

I left work early to go into the dealership to test drive a car that I saw online. I was referred to Nick Scoza when I sent a message to the dealership to inquire about the car. When I got there, immediately I felt he was arrogant. I let that slide for the time being. I drove the car and came back to the dealership. I just felt uncomfortable with the whole experience. He made me get a proof of insurance PRIOR to filling out a credit application. I have purchased serveral cars from dealers and have NEVER had to get a proof PRIOR to filling out the application. I have always had to get one prior to driving the car off the lot. He said I would have to leave a deposit in order to hold the car for a couple days. This was a Monday and I couldn't get back to the dealership until Wednesday. He said it would be refunded when I picked up the car on Wednesday, and that I wouldn't need any money down since I had a trade-in. The amount they offered for my trade in was okay, not great. The next day he contacted me saying he needed additional money in order to get my loan approved. This was AFTER he told me I wouldn't need ANY money down. I feel like the whole situation was a bait and switch type of thing. When he contacted me for addtl money, I told him I didn't want the car and to cance everything. I received THE WORST customer service that I have ever had at a car dealership. I would never refer anyone there. I went to a different dealership, got a better price for my trade-in, gave them NO money and left the dealership that day with a car! To top it off, it was a Saturday. I had NO proof of insurance! Michigan law allows you to take pocession of a car as long as you get them a proof of insurance within 3 business day. I just feel like my experience at Suburban Ford was a scam!

My Suburban Ford experience was positive. The entire process of my purchase was handled professionally and my salesperson, Terry Lange, kept me up to date regularly, as I was traveling from out of state to make this purchase. I would recommend Suburban Ford.

This is the top dealership in the country for a reason. My wife and I had a great overall experience. The management team is tremendous and that trickles down to everyone working on the team.

My experience was great. Flora was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, funny and made my sister and I feel comfortable. Her effort to get me approved was above and beyond expectations. Not only was she determined for me to leave the dealership with my brand new 2018 Escape, she made sure my sister and I both had food and beverage while we waited. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to go to this Ford dealership, I will recommend Flora as their car salesperson. Her manager was just as pleasant... I must also add that the dealership itself was clean, every employee I walked passed spoke with smiles might I add and congratulated on my way out to my new car!!

I have a ford Fusion. An engine light came on. I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. Was never told I would have to leave my car for any type of duration. When finding this out upon my arrival for my appointment no resolution was offered in way of the rental or anything else. I had to seek out managers on my own to attempt to get a resolution. I was out in about 4 hours with no apology for the lack of a resolution and having to find one on my own. Jim Elder did contact me regarding this but did not seem very interested. Being a car dealership there was nothing for him to offer for my inconvenience. His apology just did not seem very sincere or Genuine in my opinion. He was more in a rush to get me off the phone. he did follow up with an email the next day. I have bought 8 cars from this dealership over 20 years. This is The first negative experience that I can speak of. It has been a great dealership until this opportunity.

My experience with Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights was nothing short of amazing thanks to Hillary Adam! She was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. She found me the exact vehicle I was looking for and kept in contact with me all the way past delivery! I will be recommending anyone looking for a new Ford directly to her!
