Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights

I recently leased a new 2018 F150 from Suburban Ford......it was my 3rd truck that I leased from them. The entire process was completely painless and I am more than happy with the vehicle. My salesperson Jim Belk is a true professional who went out of his way to insure that the vehicle met my expectations and that the price was what I was looking for. Jim's easy going personality and his attentiveness to detail are two of the many reasons that I will return to Suburban Ford again in the future and would absolutely recommend the dealer and Jim to anyone looking to lease or buy a new Ford.

I drove a long way to do business with Suburban of Sterling Heights. The process was easy 90% of the transaction was done over the phone, got to the dealership, received a quote on my car, we worked out the details and were able to come to terms on the car and my trade in. I must have passed 15 Ford Dealers to do business with the Michele Fournier and JR Peterson. They made the entire process easy and enjoyable... They went the extra mile when to make me a happy customer! The Final Results are... I drove home with new car and great deal!.... I came to see Brad after I dealt with him in a previous lease. I had been in contact with three other dealerships. Brad listens, acts on what you want, just wants to please and help you. The dealership is nice and spacious and relaxing. Brad is the reason I leased from here though. He assisted me in the right car, price, and helped complete process to even moving the carmats out of the older lease to the new lease. Everyone there is great including JR , extremely proffessional and stressless experience. I will be back

I bought a used Ford Edge from Marcus who was very knowledgable and friendly, if looking for used cars Id def ask for him by name! Shortly After my purchase i was stressed over a few issues that were not covered by my warranty. However Suburban Ford took very good care of me, and instead of it being a catastrophe for me financially I had nothing to worry about these guys had my back and worked with me on the price and the service Dept to get the issue fixed. I'd like to personally thank Marcus for always get right back to me and also a big thanks to Brian and Veto at used sales. In addition a big thanks to Mike S across the street at the service Dept. He took such good care of me and my car he treated me with respect. I greatly appreciate the time he took to get my car back on the road n for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Suburban Ford to friends and family looking for either a used or new ford vehicle! I know buying a used car there's always a chance ur taking but these guys made me feel proud to be apart of the Ford family!

We’ve purchased about 12 vehicles through Kevin Miller, confidently recommending him to our friends and family. It’s a great feeling to have him and a dealership we can trust. Service has been great also in the few times we’ve needed them. I just had my 1st experience at the body shop, repairing another shops lousy work.
