Found this dealer two years ago on USAA car buying service and after shopping locally I decided to drive almost an hour to Suburban Ford and found a great deal on a Foucs. When I was in the market for another car I didn't even try my local dealerships and came directly back to Terry, who was patient while I test drove 6 different cars, in the dead of winter, until he found the right vehicle for me and my needs. Worth the drive everytime.

From the moment we walked in the door we felt very comfortable and welcome. Our sales rep Hillary Adam was very helpful and friendly through the whole experience. It's easy to research cars online, but to understand the real story of each vehicle you need a great salesperson - and Andrianna Camaj was that person for us. My middle son needed a car for college. We found a few online, and settled on a couple from Suburban Ford's selection. Andrianna helped us to narrow down our search, and gave us good advice about the pros and cons of each one. She was patient during our test drives, and stayed in touch while we took a few days to make our final selection. Once we did, she made sure that the car had been cleaned and serviced properly before delivery, and walked us through the financing and purchasing process. Andrianna was courteous and helpful, and never pressured us during our search. I won't hesitate to work with her again, and recommend Andrianna and Suburban Ford to anyone looking!

I cannot stress enough how great my entire experience at Suburban Ford was. From my salesman, Antonio, his lovely assistant (and mother) Josie, Cheryl in Finance and Darren in Leasing I was treated genuinely and respectfully. Not for a single second did I ever feel I was being 'sold' to. Antonio was fabulous - he worked really hard to find me exactly what I wanted and the best possible price. Never even the smallest amount of pressure. Josie was warm and friendly - I felt like she was someone I would enjoy knowing personally. Cheryl went over every single detail - making sure we understood all of the terms and that they were exactly as we expected them. She was kind and funny. Darren took my old lease (Dodge) off my hands and made sure everything was in order so I didn't have to deal with it. He too was just so nice. I've been leasing since the late 90's. Always been a Dodge customer and I've never once returned to the same dealership because every time I felt like I wasn't respected, appreciated and often even felt like I didn't get the best deal. Let me repeat that...in 20 years I have not returned to a single Dodge dealership. Ever. I will now be a Ford customer for life, and more so - I will be a Suburban Ford customer for life.
