Excellent Dealership

This is a Dealer that deserves respect. You are treated better than some luxury brands do. We we constantly offered refreshments comfortable seating while waiting and any thing else we needed. There are no pressure sale tactics here only the straight point and if they don't have the new car in inventory on one of their lots chances are no one in Michigan does. Our sales person was Brad Klein and a big shout to him. He found our car quickly even though we had very specific demands while other large dealers could not. Brad quickly organized the sale went through all the vehicle options and sent us on our way, the whole time there was no pressure at all about choice, extras, or any other gimics you can expect from other dealers. If your in the market for a new Ford stop by here and ask for Brad Klein, you won't be disappointed.

Great staff and great selection.

Alex did a great job making my son and I feel welcome and appreciated. I have never felt good right after buying or leasing a vehicle before because I would feel I was taken advantage of. This time I felt like we got a good deal and I would definitely come back for my next vehicle.

Quick, friendly and efficient, plus a great vehicle

This is my third new car buying experience at Suburban Ford, and every time really has been a good experience. A friendly customer service team and a very efficient process. I would definitely return, and recommend Suburban Ford as well. I love my new vehicle, and happy I got it through Suburban.

Excellent experience buying our new F150

My lease turn in experience

I turned in my lease to get a new one on tuesday and Mandy Simon was the associate who made this possible. Suburban ford is a very professional yet comfortable atmosphere. Mandy helped my dad and i pick the perfect car for the most affordable price!

Flora is the best!

Walked into the dealership expecting to be told something other than what I seen advertised. To my surprise, Flora not only provided a pleasant experience but got me the best deal I could find anywhere. Highly recommend her and Suburban Ford

Poor vehicle prep

When I left the dealership I noticed they never filled the gas tank. About 4 days after I I got the car the tire light came on no problem I checked the door for the pressure rating for the car 35 psi front and rear. Started at drivers front tire 55 psi. Then the passenger front 40 psi. The passenger rear was ok and the drivers rear is the leaker. Then I wondered what the oil life is like if the can’t inflate tires properly and it was at 16%. So I bought a car and they never changed the oil properly inflated the tires and left it on a half tank of gas. This is the 3rd suburban dealer I have bought from and never had an issue with the first 2 but now I don’t think I will ever shop at a suburban dealer again and I will share my experience with anyone who asks how my experience was.
