Went out of there way to get me the exact car I wanted!! Work hard for there customers!!! The service was amazing. Made sure I was happy for what I was getting. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy/lease a car.

My Favorite Sales Person

My husband and I are returning customers of Terry Lange!!!!! Terry is a real pleasure to work with! He goes way beyond our expectations in getting us into the car we want!!! We have a lot of laughs in the process!!! We will 100% recommend Terry without a doubt!!!! As long as he is selling vehicles we are buying from him!!! Ask about the BELT!!!!!!

Joe Franzoni is the best!

Joe Franzoni is the BEST! This is my fist experience at Suburban Ford and with Joe Franzoni. Joe was wonderful! Polite, kind, and knowledgeable. My wife had a million questions and Joe was very patient, answering every one of her question. Joe spoke highly of the dealership and I can see why. I will never buy another vehicle from anyone but Joe. Thank you!!

Smooth Car Buying Experience

Nathan made the car buying process very smooth. We purchased a Flex last month and had Nathan as our salesperson. He was quite knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was very patient with us and not pushy and just very pleasant to work with. We would recommend the dealership based on our experience with Nathan.

Perfect sale

This is my second purchase from this facility and I was lucky enough to have Andrianna walk me through the whole process this time. She was patient, kind, and listened to me as I went through questions and concerns. I test drove multiple cars with minimal wait and when I didn't like one I felt comfortable enough to walk up to her and say that car is not for me, and without judgement or hesitation, immediately found another in the inventory that met my criteria. Her knowledge of each vehicle really put me as ease as buying a car is a true future investment. I was impressed with her follow up and even after our purchase is complete she still reaches out to make sure I am satisfied with my purchase. I will buy my third vehicle there and I will be seeking her out as my salesperson, and you would be smart to do the same!

Outstanding!

Marcus was professional in his demeanor, knowledge, and his ability to listen to my needs without interjecting his own perception of what I needed. His first vehicle recommendation was the only one he needed; outstanding service! Excellent Customer Service, Well Worth the Drive!!

My entire experience with Matt Drogosch was fantastic! I leased a truck for the first time just over 2 years ago with Matt and he did a wonderful job walking me through the process and ensuring I got into the exact truck I wanted and within my budget! He was always a quick phone call away and was able to work around my work schedule and take care of all the details for me so signing was quick and easy. After being treated like an inconvenience at other dealerships, Matt made me feel like I was talking to a friend, rather than a sales person. He listened attentively to what I was looking for and answered questions to any concerns I had. I just renewed my lease and I love that I am able to work with the same person. Matt knew exactly who I was, knew exactly what I'd be looking for and already had a plan in place to make the transition quick and easy. I recommend him to everyone I know looking for a new car/truck. I drive just about an hour to get to Suburban Ford, but it is very much worth the drive!

Putting me in a G8 Pontiac

No help to me would put me in the car I wanted said it had to many miles but would put me in the v6 model cause it had less miles and cost more go figure
