What a great experience my husband and I had at the Suburban Collection, from the moment we walked in (greeted by manager) to the moment we drove off in our new car! Ashley, our sales consultant, was awesome! she made us feel like family. She listened to what our needs were and showed us cars that worked for us! She walked us through the whole process, we even sold our older car there too! All in the same day. Such great teamwork!! She kept us in the the loop while waiting to sign the paperwork. Thanks to the finance department too. Marcus went an extra mile to get a needed document before we could sign. The Suburban Collection is lucky to have such professional, energetic fun people. Rachel put in a very hard effort for me, worked with me and kept me updated on the vehicle I was purchasing as it was being inspected I do however wish she, and Suburban Ford would have been forthcoming in the minor issues that the vehicle had, a parking lightbulb out (I asked for it to be fixed, they said no), and the moonroof is not working. I did accept the vehicle anyways and will take the responsibility but again I wish these issues were pointed out to me before I made my final decision. Also there is no warranty on the vehicle, I thought there was at least a 3 Mo/3000 mile, but I was told by the finance manager I worked with there was no warranty on this vehicle, pretty much after i had signed all the paperwork. Again I accepted the vehicle anyways, I just wish at least they could have replaced the burned out bulb , overall Rachel did a very good job. Again no warranty on this vehicle, that should have been made clear before the sale was 95% completed.
