The best experience I've ever had with a dealership and now my #1 choice in car buying moving forward! Alex is incredible and not once was I pushed towards something I didn't want, he explained all of my options and did everything to ensure I got what I needed while keeping in mind everything I DID want in a car. The feeling of driving off the lot was complete pride in my purchase and absolute gratitude to Alex and the entire team, thank you!

Don’t wait until the last minute like I did due to the pandemic. All it took was a phone call, swapped old leased vehicle and drove home in my new vehicle the same day (love it). Zach Simpson is the best, he went over and beyond, the entire is great. Thank you!

I stopped in because I was looking for more info on a used Subaru I found online. I was working with Tara B, and while we were discussing the Subaru, someone else had put a deposit on it. She went above and beyond to not only find me a car in the same price range (a little cheaper actually); but it was the color I wanted, had fewer miles, and kept a similar sleek style to the Subaru I was originally looking at. My credit also isn’t in the best of shape because I had to declare bankruptcy back in 2017; but Tara still worked to get me approved with a lender, with a down payment I could afford, for a loan that included a 2-year warranty on the car, and loan gap coverage for the extent of the loan. The buying experience I had with Tara B, and my overall experience at Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights, deserves every bit of the 5 stars. I’ll definitely be going back to them for any future cars, and would recommend my family and friends there without hesitation.

Great overall experience. Tried haggling on price by finding competing offers around the country, but they were already at market lows. Only complaint was no free tonneau cover being thrown in ;)
