Both gentlemen took the time to get to know me and what I wanted from a new truck. They answered all my questions and at no time did I ever feel pressured. We purchased a Sienna from Nathan and he was fantastic from the moment we entered the dealership and he offered to help us. Nathan was very professional and always kept an open line of communication. He followed through on his promises and was timely. This was our first experience with a foreign manufacturer, and Nathan certainly made a lasting impression on us. Just a quick "Shout Out" to Leng Huang and the fine folks at Suburban Toyota. Every step of the process was painless. Received a fair value for my trade-in (2013 BMW), they brought in the exact vehicle I wanted, flawlessly added the body side moulding I wanted and delivered the vehicle in the timeframe promised. You can choice any kinds of cars in Suburban. I bought a 2010 Volkswagen CC in Suburban Toyota Scion. The service for customers is excellent. Anyway, feel free to ask any question and have a look in store. People work in suburban are very kind.
