Cheryl was in two words: Perfect Salesperson

As a management business consultant who got his start in sales & marketing, I have dealt with many people in sales (both the good, the bad, and the ugly). The business of sales is not only a technique born of nature and nurtured through experience, it is also an art that is unique from person to person. There are many personalities and "styles" in the art of the sale. One person may have an aggressive style, another may have the subtle "you just can resist but want to get to know him/her more" style that can easily lead to the sale. It is that method that I prefer and have spent many years trying to perfect. It is an art of persuasion, of rationalization, of logic, and ultimately...of seduction. Sales is like dating. You have to get to know your customer well before you can know what he or she wants. And then, when you do, you need to have the experience or knowledge to know how to give him or her what she wants. But the best salesperson not only does that, he or she ultimately give them what they NEED and at the same time convincing them it is also what they WANT. Want becomes Need. Need is Want. The two terms are one and the same in perfect harmon, unison and convergence. Cheryl is that kind of salesperson. She will be THE asset to any sales team. Yet at the same time, she is so humble and down-to-earth (pride will destroy all of the beauty of what I stated above). It is that humility that ultimately closes deals and brings in the money for any organization's bottom-line. It is that humility that allows her to be a team player yet hit her quota and numbers. And in a car dealer setting, it is only the numbers that matter. Though this review is a positive review for Cheryl, I hope she can use her talents, skills, strengths and humility to hit those numbers and be a good team player to reach Suburban Toyota's month and annual goals. I for sure would have her on my team in a heartbeat. Thank God that I found her in my quest for a good reliable Toyota for myself and for my company. Cheers Cheryl and Suburban Toyota, John X. Mr. Gjorkaj provides the best service

My parents came to Toyota dealership to look for a new lease on Rav4. Mr. Gjorkaj was extremely helpful and very attentive to all of their needs. He showed great respect, understanding and extreme effort to satisfy my parents requests. My parents don't speak English very well, however Mr. Gjorkaj took his time and effort to bring all of his available resources to deliver the information and to explain all details. In my personal experience, Mr. Gjorkaj was vey respectful, helpful and very pleasant to deal with. He showed us many options that we could go with and explained everything in the great manner. We would definitely recommend Mr. Gjorkaj to all of our friends and family! Great job!!!!

Good Dealer

Prices were pretty inline with all the other Toyota dealers I called, maybe a touch better. Tony, the sales guy was really nice and went over different options available both car and financing. He took a good amount of time with me even though I'm not set on Toyota yet. Looking at 3 different manufacturers. Would go back here if I decided to buy Toyota cuz Tony made the dealer. Manager was a little high pressure, trying to get me to do something ASAP even though I still hadn't drove one of my other choices yet. Other than that dealer was a really good experience.

Excellent customer service

My husband and I purchased a new Camry LE from Cheryl Noda. We were very pleased with the excellent customer service from start to finish. Cheryl was friendly and personable, knowledgeable, fair, honest and very accomodating of our needs and schedule. From test drive, sale price, assisting with financing to closing the sale Cheryl made it a most pleasurable experience.

Leasing Experience

Great team to work with. I had a previous car to be paid off, the whole staff work with me to and tool care of the deal. Although lease payment came a little higher than expected however I did have a great experience and good time working with the team. Will recommend to friends and family.
