Simply the BEST.

This was my 4th Toyota purchase in a row and everyone at Suburban Toyota/Scion was incredible. These folks set the benchmark and other dealerships should take notice on the incredible job the staff at Suburban Toyota/Scion of Troy are doing and how they handle customers. I couldn't be happier and I have never had a single negative experience at this particular dealership. Garrett Golke is the top salesperson for a very good reason because he is the easiest, friendliest and most experienced salesperson there. Dennis Barrera is the most aggressive and service oriented manager I have ever seen and he was determined to make my 4th sale at this particular dealership the best one yet and Mike T. in finance was very determined and worked his "Magic" with the financial side of my transaction. I simply couldn't be happier. This is my 4th Toyota and I'm sure there will be a number 5. Thanks everyone! Rob.

I would recommend Garrett Golke to anyone without reservation. Garrett is extremely friendly, courteous, kind and respectful. Garrett's knowledge is solid, and he explains things comprehensively in language the customer understands. Garrett goes above and beyond the call of duty for his customers. Service that is definitely unsurpassed and unparalleled.

I have driven many different cars and have had all those cars serviced throughout the years, however, the service that I receive at Suburban Toyota with, Greg Johns, and his team are truly unmatched. They go out of their way to go that extra mile to make servicing my car painless. Usually when they give an estimated time of repair, the repair is completed far less than the estimated time given. I trust this service manager and know that he will ensure my car gets serviced properly. I have peace of mind that when my car goes in for service once, it's not going back into the dealer for the same thing again…. this is priceless!

Never got me with the information I requested

Title says it all. i sent an inquiry through Cars.com and they sent me all sorts of sales propaganda, but never the information i requested.

not a reliable dealership, especially in financial...

not a reliable dealership, especially in financial department. The person in financial department who prepared documents added extra things like life insurance, diamond fusion insurance without customer consent. Had a hard time to get hold of them to take off unnecessary charges and finally involved legal help to resolve the issue. Be careful to go through paper work carefully, if you decide to buy from them otherwise they will rip you off.

I came to the dealership with my mother because they had the car I wanted, a blue Camry. I found the salesman, Guy, to be informative, friendly and no pressure. He was responsive to our needs. The Sales Consultant hurried the work along because my mother was very tired. They even sent out for lunch for us while we waited. I would rate this as a top-notch experience and would recommend Suburban Toyota to anyone.

Understanding Members of Toyota

I have never actually have taken the time to write a review on anything, but something grabbed my attention today at Suburban Toyota. So I have recently purchased a new 2014 corolla LE from a sales representative, George( who by the way is an excellent and kind person). I had a problem with my windshield wipers and had to take it in for them to look at. I drop my car off and a shuttle driver from toyota gave me a ride back home. Then i get a phone call from Tony, saying that there is a problem with the wiring, and that is why the windshield wipers are not working. He said it would cost me about $300 since it will take the 2.5 hours of labor. This is where it got interesting. He told me he could do his best to cut down the price to $250, since i have recently purchased the car and it happened because of an unfortunate accident involving icy roads. He didn't put me in the position to awkwardly ask for a discount, i didn't have to explain my situation, he already knew. I really didn't expect it. So, understanding Members of Toyota, I give you two thumbs up! Keep up the good work! (They also gave me a free Samsung tablet which i wasn't qualified to get, Long story short, i bought the car with a black friday deal, but i saw a advertisement for a Christmas deal about getting a free Samsung Tablet with the purchase of a car, so i took the advertisement in and told them i wanted one, because i bought the car only about two weeks ago, and they said no problem, here is one.)

Great Customer Service

I was in Saturday to get an oil change and a recall done. Katie Spellman who was friendly and enthusiastic to help, went over and above to help me. I misunderstood the time frame when I set up the appointment. She kept on top of what was going on and the schedule to keep me informed. When it was unclear at how many hours it would take, she arranged a car for me to get somewhere I really needed to be. I made sure my family, friends (and nay-sayers about "foreign cars) know how great the service is here each and every time. I am always treated as an important customer and very much appreciate it. Besides, you can get coffee, tea, water and usually something to munch on. If you have to spend a Saturday morning in a dealership, I would recommend this one.

I bought from this dealer because they had the vehicle I was looking for. My experience with Ray Sadler was great. He was friendly, informative and straight to the point. This I liked because I am also in Sales and I conduct myself the same way. Honesty, integrity, straight up, no nonsense.
