Saleman is very friendly, and he helped me through everything. From pricing to exploring the cars I wanted to buy, he had been very dedicated to customers in my opinion. One thing I want to note is that, the finance guy tends to be cranky when I didnt want any warranties he tried to sale. Other than that, I got a great deal and I love this car.

Ray Sadler was great to work with, from start to finish....

Ray Sadler was great to work with, from start to finish. He helped us find exactly the car we wanted, at a very fair price. He made sure we were able to test drive the model, and he carefully explained the features of the model we chose vs. other choices. The other dealership staff members were also straightforward, low key, showing sensitivity to our concerns and our time. Overall, from start to finish, Ray Sadler and the Troy Toyota-Scion dealership were cordial and very helpful. And we love our new car!

Treated Poorly for Accepting Free Oil Change Offer

I will never go back to this dealership again. I went in for an oil change (I had just discovered their offer of free oil changes for Toyota's exceeding 100,000 miles). The technician left the carpet protecting paper in my car and also rifled through my glove compartment, knocked items onto my floor and left them there. I called my service advisor, Katie, to complain - no call back. I sent a contact form to the dealership - no response. I'm assuming I was treated this way because I took them up on their free offer and turned down the services they suggested I pay for. Never again, free or not.

jamw36, My name is Daniel Boismier and I’m the store manager, one who is pretty embarrassed and upset right now. It looks like we dropped the ball in a big way, which is not the standard or the expectation I have set for my team. We have reached out to you with an apology and an offer to address these issues, but unfortunately have not heard back. We would like to thank you for your feedback because it is only when we do get honest feedback from customers that we’re able to improve. It’s unacceptable to me that we would not follow up with any customer and it is 100% against company policy to “rifle through” a customer’s personal belongings. These matters have been addressed internally by me. As for the motive for the free oil change, our motive is solely to be able to form a relationship with the customer so that when they are ready to get their next car, we’re not strangers to them. Of course that assumes we give them great service, which we failed to do in this case. We extend our apologies to you. Ray was very attenttive to my needs and answered all my questions in a timely manner. He was easy to communicate with, professional, sincere, understood my needs and was not pushy. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership through Ray Sadler.

A great car purchase experience. Ray is very nice sales representative. He friendly explained everything and patiently answered all questions we asked. This is why we decided to purchase the Toyota Camry2012 from him. The fiance manger, Andy, also explained everything clearly. He is also a very nice and friendly.

Guy was very friendly and helpful. I feel I bought a very good quality vehicle at a good price. I met Dan very briefly. It seemed as if it was "part of the procedure" to introduce me to him which felt unnecessary.

excellent staff and servive. the salesman was very informative and saw to all the little details. We didn't even need to ask. He as very helpful and polite as was the entire staff. I will recommend the salesman and the service to everyone!
