I was new to the Hybrid market and Ray Sadler explained thoroughly the benefits Hybrid ownership. He answered all my questions sufficiently. Andy Shayota in finance gave me a complete overview of financing options and warranty information from which I was able to make a sound decision on my purchase. Guy Mulder greeted me while I was waiting for delivery and congratulated me on my purchase of my Prius. He said I was going to love it as everyone else I encountered. It was a great purchase experience on an item I deal with every 3-4 years and the Suburban Team made my experience enjoyable with their efficiency and no hassle treatment. We found a Toyota Rav4 at this dealership through...

We found a Toyota Rav4 at this dealership through autotrader. Not only was it practically the lowest priced car of it's kind in several hundred miles, but it was a certified Toyota pre-owned vehicle as well! We were very, very happy with the value of the purchase. We also had a great experience with the sales team. Ray handled our case which was probably the most difficult, complicated case they've had in a long time since we both had out-of-state driver's licenses and we're moving from Michigan in a couple weeks. He spent days answering our questions promptly and doing a bunch of research on how to make things smooth for our purchase/registration/insurance. We had a great overall experience there and are thrilled with our car.

She was pleasant, personable, answered questions but did not push or try hard to upscale me, let me try on car, and did not laugh when I came back in with a winter coat to try on again.

I went to the Suburban Toyota in Troy to buy a used...

I went to the Suburban Toyota in Troy to buy a used Toyota. This was for my sister, but instead we bought it for my mom. The experience was great. We were approached by Ray Sadler, and He showed us different type of Toyotas. Being Albanians, we were very picky on our choices but also undecided. Ray took his time and was patient with us. Since my family and I weren't making any progress on the choice of the car, we went to different dealerships to see other cars. In the end, we decided to go to Suburban Toyota not only because of the car but Ray called us many times, and we were able to purchase the Toyota Camry. The price of the car was right, and we enjoyed the time that we spent at Suburban Toyota. Ray Sadler made it easy for us to get everything done. I suggest for Albanians to actually go to Suburban Toyota in Troy, not only because of car choices and quality, but also because of Ray Sadler. He will take care of you like he did with my family. He will make you feel comfortable. My family and I are very happy with the purchase and I would consider going to Suburban Toyota for future business.

Kamill was an amazing customer service representative. If...

Kamill was an amazing customer service representative. If anyone were to ask me where they could purchase a similiar vehicle, I would suggest this dealership and to ask for Kamill. He showed me how to use this vehicle and took time out of his busy schedule to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I feel very comfortable with the Prius' operating system because of him and walked away feeling like I had a great deal.

My husband and I were pleased with the service. This was the only dealership that had multiple Siennas on the lot. We do not like to order vehicles. This is our 5th Toyota purchase. We drive our cars till they stop.
