Thanks so much, Becky, for your help in getting us into our new Prius. The cruise control is a dream; it's exactly what I have always wanted cruise control to do. The ride is wonderful, too. We visited this dealership as a result of having a very good experience with them the last time we leased a vehicle. Kamil was very helpful, friendly, honest and professional. He made us feel comfortable in the process and strived to make us completely happy with our purchase and our experience there. Although Kamil was the main person who worked with us, Dennis and Dan's assistance was also so nice. We got the impression that they too were most concerned with our happiness with our vehicle and experience. Everyone seems to work good together as a team in order to take the best care of the customer. We would happily work with Kamil again in the future and appreciate all of his help.

After entering the Dealership, I was shortly referred to...

After entering the Dealership, I was shortly referred to Ray Sadler. He then took me outside to recommend a couple cars of the model I specified. He also said to browse around. After deciding on a vehicle and returning inside, Ray was back to me shortly, as he was also with other customers taking care of their concerns. Sort of like multi-tasking! While going thru the purchasing process, Ray efficiently answered any question I presented. The dealership was very busy at that time and day, but any wait was not considered excessive. During the process, Ray introduced me to the General Manager. While waiting thru the finance process, I chatted with the cashier about the upcoming new facility. Overall, the atmosphere of the dealership was upbeat, Ray has an easy going personality and is a very conscientious worker.

I must admit, My wife & I have leased and purchased...

I must admit, My wife & I have leased and purchased quite a few cars over the years and... shopping for a car is one of my least favorite things to do!!! That being said; this week, Andy Shayota and Sue Haji have completely turned that around for me and my family!!! I really appreciated how comfortable Andy made us feel in explaining our complicated, and not so pretty situation. We were in a jam... we needed to quickly get my old car out to my son in college and get myself into a nice, affordable ride. Both, Sue and Andy did that and much more!! They got us into a well-equipped 2013 Toyota Camary, with great terms... they were in contact with us throughout the whole process and really went above and beyond the call of duty to make it happen for us, all while giving us the Royal Treatment! This is my Family's second purchase of a vehicle from Suburban of Troy, and I will say it is hugely in-part due to Andy Shayota's commitment to customer service, integrity, and attention to detail. Partnered by Sue Haji's personal touch, we couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction, we felt like part of the family. As a father and family man, it is extremely important to me to provide the very best for my family. I believe it is my job to put them around the most dependable, honest and sustainable resources within my reach — that is what I believe Andy Shayota, Sue Haji & Suburban Toyota is! I am telling everyone I know of how pleased I am, and how they too can be treated like Royalty... I see Suburban Toyota as me & my family's sole dealer for many years to come! It was a great experience, Don Cherry and Andy Shayota went over and beyond our expectations to help us with our new vehicle purchase. Andy did a great job in getting us a great deal, price and finance rate to make it possible for us to get the car we really want. Overall experience rating is 10 out of 10! I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
