Never would I have thought that I would give a dealership...

Never would I have thought that I would give a dealership top ratings, ever. I expected the usual hassle with price of the car I was getting and how much I was going to get on trade-in. Neither of those happened. Everyone was fantastic, from the time I called in until the time I left. I've bought a ton of cars over the years and will hopefully buy tons more in the coming years. This is the place I am going. Sue, thank you for making everything easy and being awesome! Andy, thank you for taking the time and explaining everything to me on the numbers side and for the great conversation. It was definitely a pleasure dealing with both of you and I hope to again in the future. Jay S.

Bought a Prius and we liked it!

We did our homework, hit the lot and Garrett appeared in an instant. He was informed, involved and intuitive. He answered questions with ease and provided vehicles that we could compare side by side. He handled the detailed paperwork efficiently while engaging in the excitement of our purchase. He introduced us to Andy who was able to take us through the final financial paperwork and inform us of the additional options for coverage. That is a daunting task and he was a wizard at putting you at ease while providing as much information as you asked for. We certainly understand that they are in the business to sell cars; however what we appreciated was the feeling that they were there to provide us with whatever we needed to make the best decision for our purchase. When you are making a big decision I guess you really want to feel it is all about you! They did just that. We drove away with our new Prius V. Liked the experience, love the car and and we really liked those guys! Well done. :-) :-)

A great experience.

Just had my car serviced. Karen Cottrill, the Assistant Service Manager, wrote me up and led me through all the necessary steps. She did it in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner. Everything went smoothly and I was driving away in my clean, serviced car in less than an hour. Couldn't ask for better treatment.

Great service and selection

Needed a vehicle, was able to buy one within 2 hours of test drive. Got a Scion and enjoyed the dealership experience. No hassle, no difficulties, friendly staff. Would visit again.

Its Great experience.... Other than Finance Interest 9%, am happy in overall. I would expect similar and lower interest rates as credit societies who gives 3-4% only. Any how----as I like the product, that interest deal is not much concern to me, as I can close at any point of time. Am happy at least I have this option.... But.... I really like the customer sensitivity of Mr.Ray Sadler, who gave me options to look in to different models. and he is more oriented to provide satisfaction for customer......Its great. That is what it is required for any Dealer. I hope, Mr Ray Sadler is good Asset to this Suburbon Toyota !!!!!!

Excellent Experience

I was overly impressed by this dealership. The majority of my dealings were with my salesman, Kurt Pierce. Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and informative. Very helpful in getting me in the vehicle that I wanted. Went out of his way to make every part of the experience a great one. I am not a very demanding purchaser, but I did request a couple of things be done (kind of over and above the call of duty on his part) and they were done. I have had two pleasant experiences with Toyota dealerships in the past year (one not Suburban) and this was by far the best.

I have been going to this dealership since 2002 with my 1995 Camry. When this car had a problem that didn't seem best to service due to its age, my wife and I decided to look for a used car. Being on a fixed income and needing a comfortable riding car we chose to try an Avalon. Guy Mulder was extremely helpful and knew where to focus on the right car for our needs and the right price range. We are very happy with Guy's patients, friendliness and effort. I have and will recommend this dealership to my friends.
