He was extremely patient in answering all questions we had and was very prompt in updating us constantly with any of our requests. The customer service was outstanding. My wife and I enjoyed our car buying experience very much. Kamil Abdullah was the best!! He listened to my wife and I and he worked on getting us exactly what we wanted and at a price we wanted to pay. My last car buying experience at Tamaroff of Southfield was less than desirable and I will never buy a car from there again. They were not service orientated. I felt as If their approach was take the car or leave it because the car will sell itself. But at Suburban Toyota I felt as if they wanted my business and it was a great feeling working together. Thank you Suburban Toyota. I will definitely buy my next new car there and I will tell all my family and friends to go there as well.

This is a follow up review regarding the terrible treatment I experienced from Toyota Surburban's Dennis Barrera and the lease turn in process. I am pleased to say that the same day I submitted my review, the Sales Manager Dan promptly responded to my review. He was very apologetic, took complete ownership of the mistakes and then he went as far as to offer me a $50 giftcard for my troubles. MY 2010 TOYOTA RAV 4 ALONG WITH THE ODOMETER READING PAPERWORK WAS TURNED INTO THE DEALERSHIP ON FEB 27TH, TWO MONTHS LATER I RECEIVE A CALL FROM TOYOTA FINANCIAL REGARDING THIS LEASE TURN-IN AND WHEN I WAS PLANNING ON TURNING IN THE VEHICLE, I TOLD THEM THAT I HAD TURNED IN THAT CAR TWO MONTHS AGO, WHY AM I BEING CONTACTED, SO IT WAS SUGGESTED THAT I CALL THE DEALERSHIP TO FIND OUT WHAT'S GOING ON. SO I CALL THE DEALERSHIP TO INQUIRY WHY I'N STILL BEING CONTACTED WHEN I TURNED THE CAR IN 2MONTHS AGO. I SPOKE TO DENNIS BARRERA AND EXPLAINED TO HIM THE SITUATION, HE SAID THAT HE DID INDEED HAVE THE KEYS BUT HE DID NOT HAVE THE ODOMETER PAPERWORK AND PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT ULTIMATELY I WOULD HAVE TO COME INTO THE DEALERSHIP TO SIGN OFF, BUT INSTEAD OF SAYING TO ME, MS. COOPER LET ME CALL YOU RIGHT BACK AND DOUBLE CHECK ESPECIALLY SINCE YOU ARE SAYING YOU DID TURN IN THE PAPERWORK HE DID NOT, SO I HAD TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO THE DEALERSHIP AND WHEN I GOT THERE HE COMES OUT WITH A COPY OF SAID PAPERWORK SAYING THAT HE DID FIND IT AND HE HAD FAXED IT OVER TO TOYOTA FINANCIAL. I WAS LIVID FOR TWO REASONS, HE WAS PLAIN RUDE TO ME THE ENTIRE TIME AND WHEN I DID GET TO THE DEALERSHIP, I HAD TO ASK FOR AN APOLOGY FROM HIM FOR HAVING ME TO WASTE MY GAS TO COME TO THE DEALERSHIP WHEN EVERYTHING THAT HE NEEDED WAS ALREADY THERE. I AM VERY UNHAPPY AT HIS CRASSNESS AND HIS UNAPOLOGETIC DEMEANOR. I WILL NOT EVER BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP NOR WILL I RECOMMEND YOU ALL TO OTHER PEOPLE. THIS WAS A TERRIBLE ENDING TO A WONDERFUL RELATIONSHIP GAYVON COOPER
