Smooth buying process
I have a great time viewing the new Rav4 with sales Kamil Abdullah. He was able to show me the car and explained the information to me in a timely manner. I love to see all the new Toyota cars displayed in the show room. They all look very sharp!

Pleasant experience for first-timer at dealership
Kurt Pierce was a great sales rep to work with for people not used to buying cars from dealerships. He was straightforward, friendly and recognized that trading in an old family car was more than just a financial decision. I really appreciated his patience in answering questions and his willingness to listen to my concerns. Definitely none of the pushy hard-sell tactics which made me avoid dealerships in the past. I'm glad our family had the chance to work with him.

I had a great experience at Suburban Toyota thanks to Eugene! He was very professional to work with. Also very knowledgeable about everything that I needed to know about my New Highlander! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He introduced me to the service department and showed me around so that when I come in for service I will be comfortable with it. He spent a lot of time showing me about all the great features in my new car. He even set up my phone to Bluetooth! He certainly went above and beyond what I expected!! complete rip off
Today I was on Suburban toyota of troy. I went there for oil change and fire rotation. They said my car not due for oil change but I need to do fire rotation. After few moment service rep came to me and said my car rear brakes are not good need to change and gave an estimate for over $350. I said not rite now. Than, after another 10min later, service rap boss came to me and ask me to do it. I said no I can not afford at this point. They tried to scare me and said it could make problem on your car. After I get out from dealer I went to bell tire. Bell tire inspect my car and said my car brakes are very good. I don't need to change. I have no idea about other dealer or other people experience but I am never going to trust suburban Toyota of Troy anymore. I was lucky today that I did not step on their trap. Now think about how many people they are doing the same thing and making people pay for nothing and while they are taking the car to fix the problem who knows they are not making another problem for your car. If they make another problem then you you will go there again and they will rip you off again. Friends do not go there anymore for any issue on your car.

Great experience
The sales staff was excellent, the service personnel has been great and the vehicle has been flawless. The entire Toyota experience has been better than I ever expected. I have owned countless "Premium" domestic and imported vehicles and have never experienced the quality and customer care I have received at Suburban Toyota
