I would like to say Julian really did help us out. This is Karen. I know sometime back. I was kind of upset about the vehicle but he did a great job and I just wanted to let you guys know that Julian he was our sales person and we bought a used Ford Ranger so I need someone to contact me about this because I feel bad given him a not a good report, but he was absolutely out of his way and helped us in every way he could.

The only reason I giving 4 stars is because it may have

The only reason I giving 4 stars is because it may have just been out of the control of the dealership. My car needed a EV battery and it took almost 3 months to get the battery. Besides that, the customer service was amazing, kept me in the loop as far as the progress of the battery, but I must omit that it was a bit stressful, to have to wait as long as I did.

Purchased a used F-150 with 20k miles that supposedly had

Purchased a used F-150 with 20k miles that supposedly had a 139pt inspection. They couldn't possibly have looked at Brake pad wear because I had Metal to Metal brakes in the REAR after only 8k miles. Rear pads only account for approx. 40% of Braking, no way they should be metal to metal this soon. $750 repair. Tried reaching Derrick Walker multiple times to speak about the warranty and the recall they sold it with that was specifically was about the parking brake applying while driving but he never called back. Clearly I will never use this dealership again and after owning SIX F-150s I may need to give GM or Dodge a try next time!
