Helped get me what I wanted and was never pushy

I had a good idea of what I wanted,Tim listened and got me in the seat of the car I was happy with and didn't waste my time. The whole process was quick and painless.

Brian is complete customer focused!

Brain is my "go to person" when I need service work for all my cars. He is very personable and approachable. Recently, I was in the market to replace 2 cars. I searched the inventory of his dealership. However, after an extended search I found to certified used cars from other dealers. However, Brian will be my "go-to-person" for these cars because I've formed a friendship with him. He is a great ambassador for Suburban Ford of Ferndale!

Excellent Customer Service- Mike & Brian

My husband I helped our son purchase a a used vehicle from Suburban Ford. We found a car in his price range and Mike, the used car manager, and Brian, the service manager, worked with us, providing top notch customer service. They actually took the customer service to the highest level by addressing our concerns and ensuring that our son’s vehicle was in the safest working condition. The car is very clean and it runs superbly. We feel comfortable with our son putting this vehicle on the highway. Furthermore, the vehicle was competitively priced. I would highly recommend shopping at Suburban Ford of Ferndale.

one hundred percent great

Where do i begin, im still tingling with joy. This week i got a ford ecosprt from a leah nichols of suburban of ferndale. I felt so warm inside when she handed me the key (along with a lottery ticket that i won $65 on ). It was like no other dealer experience, the coffee was hotter, the seats were warmer, and the air was cleaner just by everyones attitude being so great. The amount of love i have for this town just grew as i now know a leah nichols is apart of this city. God Bless you leah, my ecosport, and the city of ferndal. Also mother earth, we wouldnt be here without you; I also wouldnt have anywhere to drive my car without you

Terrible experience

Vehicle was not ready when we were told it would be. Waited an hour for that. We were then yanked around for hours while the sales associate juggled other customers and other sales guys were twiddling their thumbs and being rude to one another. The sales guy imposed his opinions, talked our heads off, and treated my wife and I like children. This is my 12th vehicle and 9th from a dealership, and worst experience of the bunch. We were there for over 4 hours even though we knew which vehicle we wanted when we walked in the door and called ahead to confirm our arrival time. Check engine light came on the very next day and we were told we were on our own. FYI: they don’t negotiate price either.

So quick & easy

Leah was fantastic to work with! She was so quick to respond and was able to help up do most of the work from home. By the time I came in, just needed to sign some papers & we were done! She was so friendly & helpful & really helped us find what we needed. Would absolutely return to her for a future car!

Excellent Leasing Experience

I can't say enough positive things about my leasing experience. Tim went above and beyond to help me find my car with my specific criteria and within my budget. He took time to answer all my questions, and I had plenty, as well as assist in setting up my vehicle before I left. I walked out with a new truck that felt like I had been driving for a long time, but with the new car smell. Mike made the leasing transaction straight forward and easy. He answered any question I had and informed me of details I would have skimmed over. Tim and Mike go above and beyond from start to finish. I highly recommend them both and Suburban Ford of Ferndale. Very pleased

Leah Nichols, was a pleasure to work with, very patient. Went over and above finding a car that was in my price range. Kept me informed on what cars were out there and what she thought would be the best for me. Found me a car, so pleased with my New Ford Escape SEL, has everything I wanted plus more at a great price. She had my car waiting for me all clean and a full tank of gas. She took her time showing me all the bells and whistles. When I drove away I was very comfortable with the knowledge that Leah had shown me. Can't say enough about her, she's a gem.

Mike was great - sales team not so much

I purchased a used vehicle in mid October - it was in their shop until mid November. I can not say enough good about Mike but the sales people that we purchased the vehicle from - especially the used car manager were horrific. Things were supposed to be working prior to picking up the vehicle. I think they just thought that I was an airhead and would take the car without them keeping their word. As I drove away from the dealership lights in the control center came on. I called sales person and he assured me "it's normal to have those warnings" -I stopped at a dealership by my home and was told this definitely should NOT be doing this. Mike kept his word and got everything in working condition - they had not replaced a head rest, a cosmetic cover on the seats, the drivers side door controls for mirrors, locks, etc was not working and he fixed everything. He is a prime example of positive customer care - I will not go back to this dealership but think it should be noted that it is strictly because of the salesman and the Used Car Manager.
