Quick Fix

I came in with a broken skid plate I. Blaize greeted me with 110/100 pep and made me feel like everything was fine and that she could get it fixed no problem. Very friendly and great personality.

Excellent

My service agent name is Blaize Bailey. She is such an amazing person/Customer Service Consultant. Great with communication, and making sure my car was taken care of. She kept in contact with me, and keeping me updated on my car about everything little thing; which I greatly appreciate. I thank Blaize so much, and thank you Suburban Ford! I don't know who the mechanic was, but I thank him so much and appreciate him and his hard work as well!

Awesome Service

My service consultant Blaize Bailey (yes that's her real name) was great! She helped me every step of the way. She maintained constant communication w/ me, gave me advice, and even got my (crappie) warranty company to fix other components of my car that they gave everyone else an issue about. A1 service!!!

this place instead of Royal Oak Ford for service

I initially brought my boyfriend's 2017 Fusion to Royal Oak Ford (the place of purchase), for an oil change and tire rotation. I had phoned them in advance to make an appointment and was told I could just bring it in for those services. When I pulled in there were several cars in front of me and an employee asked what I was there for. I told her an oil change, and she said, "not today, if you don't have an appointment." I explained what I was told over the phone and she apologized and told me that I had been misinformed. She recommended that I take it down to Suburban, that an appt. would not be necessary there. Well, I did just that. I was greeted with a smile from Ms. Blaize Bailey and was told no problem, not, "not today". I was in and out of there in approx. 45 minutes. From start to finish it was an excellent experience. Thanks Blaize and Suburban Ford!!!

Tires

I have never had such great service or better pricing in my entire time of owning automobiles. I’ll be back for service every time I need it. This is the only dealer to visit in south east Michigan.

Helped us when we had a major mechanical issue!

Brian Legowsky did an excellent job helping us when we had a major mechanical issue with a 2017 ford edge, I had just purchased in our home town of Virginia. We noticed a loud sound coming from the vehicle during our vacation in Michigan, we brought it in to Brian, who discovered a cracked flex plate. I'm so thankful he was able to work us in, and get our car fixed so we could ride back home to Virginia safely! He was the only person who was able to help us after calling around all Ford service centers in the area. Brian kept us informed of the progress and did an excellent job fixing the car! Ok experience overall

Ok experience overall. Robert in sales and finance guy were patient and professional. The sale price of the used vehicle was fairly decent @ $28k with purchased warranty. They don't negotiate the price unless something fairly significant is wrong with the vehicle (noting small margins on many vehicle philosophy). Three stars because of the condition / prep of vehicle. It was a Canadian vehicle that came from auction and it looked like they did nothing to it but put it on the lot. The engine cover wasn't securely attached, the sync system still had the old owners info in it (it took me 5 seconds to reset) there was a screw / multiple patches in the tires (which they did compensate for), tailgate handle works only sometimes, wipers needed changed, some dog hair under the seats and I left with a quarter tank of gas. Just a few minutes would have gone a long way as I would expect that from private party but not a legit ford dealership so three stars it is.

2013 F-150 issues resolved

I brought my 2013 F-150 in for service work under my Premium Care Extended Service Plan. My 2013 F-150 has 64,750 miles on it. Service Consultant Blaize Bailey and Service Manager Michael did an exemplary job of explaining what was and what was not covered by the Premium Care ESP. While I was a little disappointed with what the ESP did not cover, the explanation from Michael was professional and understandable, and I’ll have to deal with FMC directly on the non-covered item. I bought my ESP at this dealership and they have done nearly all my service and maintenance work. I especially enjoyed working with Blaize and Michael. Good people make for a good dealership experience.

First oil change

Everything went smoothly and was happy with the services. Something happened to the exterior during service, but the manager was very happy to help and had it fixed quickly. Very friendly staff.
