Everyone from the General Manager, the truck fleet sales manager & the finance customer service person were people who helped me every step of the buying process. I want to call out Arron in particular, who prepped the car & provided us with a complete orientation. He appeared to be completely customer oriented, even understanding our unique situation. This is the second car that I have purchased from Joe Machens dealerships & I am very satisfied with how they treat customers.

New car for a 16-year-old
John and Gerry are always great to work with, but we had a tough time finding the right car for our 16-year-old daughter's first car. Everyone we picked out ended up having a mechanical flaw! They finally found a nice, clean 2018 Ford Fusion for us, and Marc did a super job on financing it for us and getting all the paperwork approved. Machens Ford provides a great experience. Keep up the great work!

I have bought several vehicles from MACHENS over the years. This last one I just purchased was by far the one they had to work there hardest to get put together. I was More then pleased with the effort put in. Mark in the finance department is Amazing, and Mack In sales works to get the best deal. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I was just having a routine service--oil/filter change, wheel rotation and general checkup. I've always received good service and feel like it's service done right with no corners cut.
