After our previous automobile had been severely damaged in a hail storm, the people at Joe Machens came through with a 2018 Ford Focus that has very low mileage and fits into my budget. They were very friendly and worked with me every step of the way setting up a payment plan and finding an automobile that fits my needs. The salesman that helped me, Kenneth Settergren, treated me like a valued customer, listened to my needs, and was very patient as I tried to make up my mind on selecting the automobile that would most fit my needs. I just purchased a new F-150 King Ranch from Joe Machens Ford. I couldn’t be more pleased with everyone I met at the store. John Savio the Sales Manager made the process transparent and quick. I had the pleasure of meeting Steve Nagel the General Manager. He took the time to personally thank me for my business! The Business Office staff handled my paperwork flawlessly. Considering that I live 5 hours away, and have 20 Ford dealerships I could have went to, I now know why Machens is the #1 Ford dealer in the Midwest! :)
