I was sick with cancer did not feel like driving 85 miles you guys sent mike he picked up my car ser it returned it. All taken care of it is a Lincoln so no cost on pickup don’t get rid of that I will use that on my next lincoln

We had some big challenges at 2 Machens locations where we couldn’t get anyone to call us as promised. Bruce at the Ford location is the total reason for the 5 stars! He was Awesome!

For an oil change and tire rotation the thing I look for is how long am I there and how was I treated? 25 minutes. Not bad! Check out ended with a thank you and a smile.

Super easy to work with

After reviewing your website, we found two cars we wanted to test drive. Upon arrival, we met Mack McKinney. He was kind, helpful and arranged the test drives. After test driving the 2 vehicles we told him we needed to look at one other vehicle at a different location before we made our decision. He wished us well and did not give us the "usual" pressure to not leave. We checked out the other vehicle and they gave us a great offer. We decided to go back to Mack and he was able to negotiate an even better offer. Success!

Visited: 19Jun20, and 20Jun20 to buy a car for personal use. Came to buy a car, ended up leaving disappointed. Manager named Damon was trying to negotiate the price, he was passive aggressive, and very racist, rude and disrespectful. Salesman, named Tony was great; super helpful and was honestly jusy trying to get the price down, but I was going to buy from him. Until that awful manager involvement, that was probably the worst experience I've ever had with dealership. Ended up buying from Honda Columbia, highly recommended.

We are not sure what occurred but our General Manager would like to look into this further and have someone get back to you. I would love to talk to your general manager, can you provide me with his contact information? I have to say that the other staff I met were awesome and this is not to say that you are a bad dealership,but that manager I have casted a really bad image of you. I was shocked and very disappointed by the way he reacted. I reallly would like to talk to the general manager and explain to him what happened so you avoid losing another customer due to the actions of this manager I met.

Duron Tyler Kevin Mark from the sale to finance got us what we wanted in a new 2019 Expendtion Platium instead of a used one

Screwed up deal.

You wont get a call after the deal is made. They take the money and run. I tried to be upfront, they schemed to get the deal done with as many distractions and mistakes to complicate things as they could. Will never happen again.
