Serviy after the same Everyone at Joe machens Ford is very reliable when it comes to repair of our vehicle. The Explorer Platinum comes with lots of bells and whistles and sometimes things just go wrong. however, the service department always is quick to get us in for service and because we live outside their area, they accommodate us with a loaner car and meet me halfway. That goes above and beyond and that's why we buy all of our Fords from them. Additionally, they fix it right the first time.

Bought a used truck with low mileage ,the sales staff and...
Bought a used truck with low mileage ,the sales staff and finance staff really went the extra mile to make the deal happen, a few days after i bought the truck it broke down and the sales staff and management were only interested that i bought their warranty(which i did not)and no interest in getting a problem that was obviously a pre existing problem with the truck taken care of, it was very disappointing that they will not stand behind the vehicles they sell if you dont spend thousands extra on their “warranty”

Great first time BRAND NEW car purchase!
