Helpfull, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with.

They were a big help in deciding on upgrading our auto. The information provided made a world of difference in our decision. We've dealt with Joe Machens Ford for many years. In the past it was Ray Homan. After he passed it is now Ryan Longnecker. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The price and terms are outstanding. We will be back in 5 years or less. Thank you again for helping us.

Fantastic Experience-Austin Haywood is a Rock Star

This is my second purchase from Joe Machens this year. I returned to my former sales consultant Austin Haywood. He was the epitome of professionalism. Listened to my wants needs and desires and found me the perfect vehicle I was looking for. I highly recommend this fine sales consultant. He is personable, bright and energetic. Above all else he listens and has fantastic customer service skills.

New truck purchase

You can't ask for better customer service

I can't say enough about the how great Kevin West was to work with. He responded extremely quickly to my first inquiry and didn't rest until he had the right deal for me. Definitely a star on this great staff. Bryan Hardaway was amazing as well helping with the test drives and questions we had. Another star who always was quick to respond and willing to find me answers. That gets us to Gene Buck. Gene you are always a credit to Machens. He make the paperwork process a quick and pleasant experience. What else can I say except.."Thank you, Thank you very much!" On the way out I checked my tire pressure and pulled into the Machens Quick Lane. Scott Bousquet was there with a warm greeting and quick service. Another credit to the staff at Machens. This purchase was one of several we have made over the years. Customer service combined with quality product make Machens the only place to look for your automotive needs. Thanks again gentlemen.

Terrible after sale service

Pricing on the vehicle we purchased was very good, but not wowed in any sense by the dealer, especially the sales person we had. He was poor and did no follow up on the deal. Part of the negotiated deal we had was they would install both running boards and remote start to the Pick-up and set it up to be done at a closer Ford dealer to our home (KC) so we wouldn't need to drive back to Columbia to get it done and we'd just drive the truck home that day. I spoke with the salesman several times during the week and he assured me it was set up at the dealer to be done on Friday. Friday came and we showed up to the hometown dealer, and there was no appointment set, no loaner vehicle as promised, no one at that dealer had spoken with anyone from Machens. I'll not drive to Columbia again to save a few hundred bucks.

First, we do apologize for what you went through during this transaction. It is not the way we want our customers to feel about their experience with our dealership. Follow up with Justin Cochran did show that he did pay for the loaner car and for the installation of the remote start. So we are somewhat confused by the other dealership stating no one had spoken with anyone from our dealership. The payment for the loaner and remote start was made to them. We do not know where the communication broke down, but we do assure you we followed through and had set this up. Again, we do apologize for this occurring but we do believe we handled it correctly on our side.

I caught the truck fever in early September after...

I caught the truck fever in early September after receiving an email, after a few days it subsided, then Duron called and I had a bad relapse, my girl friend touched my forehead and it was on fiar! Duron and Gene were able to cure it with a nice F150! 2019, Duron and Gene we’re able to cure me !
