Would do it all over again!
I had been in the market for a new car . We visited other dealers ,but they just were not helpful. After an online search I found Joe Machens Ford and am I glad I did. Their advertised price was very affordable and that price was exactly what we paid. D` Andre Soils made us feel relaxed as he explained everything we needed to know about the Escape and the sales procedure. There is no stress when buying a Ford from Joe Machens!

Great experience
I had been in the market for a 2019 Ford Escape around my area for a while. Without any luck, my husband did an online search for what I was looking for and found it at Joe Machen's. A dealer called him within minutes and we committed over the phone, filled out the finance paperwork online and emailed it back and 3 days later, drove to Columbia to get the car. The dealer met us as we walked to the door and the finance personnel was ready for us. Such an easy process! The only warning I would give is that they automatically assume, and factor into the financing, all high end options (like warranties and insurance).

Great experience!
Had a great experience buying a new car from the sales team of Tyler and Duran. Talk about two young men who are helpful, mannerly and accommodating, these are the guys. We were very impressed with the total experience. They made sure we had everything we wanted in a car and after the purchase they helped us get everything set up. These two guys were great! Go see these guys, they will help you out!

Excellent help every single time!
My daughter and I have bought several cars from Joe Machens Ford over the years. The service is friendly and my salesman, Mark Dietzel, is always helpful and really bends over backwards to get me what I want. I can't say enough about him, or the dealership. Marc Weiner is fast and efficient at the paperwork and you have your car in no time. While I work with Mark and Marc, the other employees I have encountered there have always been friendly. It's always a great experience.

Honest and great customer service
I traded for a new F 150. Bruce Mulnix was and has been my salesman. He is the most honest hard working salesman I have ever dealt with. Everything went very smooth, and financing didn't take 15 minutes. Mark had everything ready. Great Experience as always

Car purchase
Went well. Did not receive follow up call. Initially thought all owned dealerships would work together so that the salesperson that actually found the car for me could sell it. Im thankful to find the vehicle I did. I needed it.

Friendliness and professionalism at a great price!
After totaling my car, I was convinced I'd never find another car I liked as well. Not true! Machens was able to find me a cart that was the perfect fit for my wants, my lifestyle, and my needs! The best part, it was fairly priced and I feel like I got a great deal. I am more than happy with my car choice and my decision to shop with Machens.
