My son purchased a Nissan rogue from lone star Cadillac
My son purchased a Nissan rogue from lone star Cadillac it broke down in Denton Tx , he had it towed back to lone star Cadillac, this happened on a Saturday evening, on Monday he went to check on the car it was missing they couldn’t locate it , next they couldn’t find the key fob that was missing, finally it was located the service manager asked him why did you bring it here , my son said well I bought it here he said we don’t fix Nissan we’re Gm , the salesperson told my son as he was filling out paperwork and getting a warranty “if anything should happen to it bring it back to us “her Name is Ivy I called wanted to speak to a manager about this , they never returned my call I recommend avoiding this dealership, they aren’t dependele , the management is crap and they are what they say about car salesmen they’ll say anything to get you in the car don’t be fooled by this dear ship the worst Sonny khokhar sales director, Ivy salesperson, Jeff Rosser general manager these people are the most useless and unprofessional the worst ,

Horrible dealership to work with. Very poor communication. The manager "Ike" is a very arrogant liar and need to be sent to customer service training. He gives this dealership a bad name. This dealership is not customer focus or customer friendly. Would not recommend purchasing from this dealership/

Our Salesman Ata was absolutely amazing!
Our Salesman Ata was absolutely amazing! He was attentive, respectful, and helpful without being pushy or aggressive. We explained to him exactly what we were looking for and the budget we needed to stay within, and he "MADE" it happen for us. Best Car buying experience my wife and I have had in several years. Highly recommend Ata and Lone Star Cadillac!

I Purchased a lease Cadillac XT4 from this place and I
I Purchased a lease Cadillac XT4 from this place and I was not informed of a lease property tax that is required in the state of Texas which is $224. I was also informed that I would be able to buy the vehicle at any time or trade it in at any other company other than Cadillac and that is definitely not the case.Note, that the vehicle driving off the lot looses about 3-4k. So if I were u it’s a good idea to negotiate 5k under invoice or do not make a deal. Also the car will depreciate by 12k year 1.7 so in this case GM will not buy ur car back or appreciate the car higher than what is worth even tho that was the reason why they didn’t want u to lease the vehicle and sell it to another vendor. Lone star also won’t help u in their service department or sales side after u buy the vehicle. I wanted to change the lease to a buy but bc the car is so depreciated I would have to come up with 12k to make a deal based on what they said. On top of that their service department is literally the worst I have ever experienced from bmw, Mercedes, Mazda. I would not buy a car from this place or even consider trading in the vehicle at that at the end of my lease for another Cadillac. Unless I’m paying 20k out the door to make up the depreciation, which I thought would have been taken care off with the huge down payment at zero percent. I’m glad I didn’t get any extras from them too from the horrible service that they provide. I would just go back to BMW after my lease is over which will be in a couple of months . GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR ASK ALOT OF QUESTIONS.

This is my 7th vehicle purchase from Richard Wells. He is such an amazing salesman and very professional. He makes the car-buying experience so seamless and easy. The entire staff was so professional and made every step during the process simple and quick. They made sure that I understood everything about my new car and walked me through every step. I really appreciated the care and attention that they showed me.
