We purchased a 2014 ford escape within the last week. The service department said everything checked out including the brakes. Within a week brakes were making a clunking noise. We brought it back to them for a “free” service inspection. They said it would cost us over $500 to replace the rear calipers. They said since we bought it as is they would HAVE to charge us! We will have to go to a local mechanic where we will not be getting overcharged for something that the dealer said was not a problem when we bought the vehicle which is why we bought it as is.

A great experience from sales all the way to service. I would recommend the staff to anyone.
