The service center got me in quickly even though it was just a state inspection. Michele is always amazing when it comes to customer service and making sure every customer leaves happy. She's very friendly and professional and I always look forward to seeing her.

Best car buying experience I've ever had in 40 years of

Best car buying experience I've ever had in 40 years of driving and 40 years of purchading new and ysed cars. This is my third Kia and you have a repeat customer in me. Lastly, I like honesty and integrity. My deal was made over the phone and honored when I walked onto the dealership. Very impressed! God Bless you all!

Michele Bolden did a fantastic job setting up my appointment, provided me email and text reminders, and welcome me the second I stepped into the door. It’s people like these that put a smile on my face each time I step into the dealership to get my Kia Carnival Done. I brought a discount coupon to apply it to the service

I brought a discount coupon to apply it to the service but Mr. Woods told me it wasn't going to apply, so I asked when, and I didn't quite understand his reasoning to apply it. Next time I will go to another department to get a better explanation on how to use my coupons. Other than that I was happy to get my service done, thanks!
