I had an excellent experience with Ali at Safford Brown Kia. After a few long days of shopping around and test driving, they had the best price with no haggling or extra fees. Ali was attentive and kind while trying to get me the best rate for my trade in.

This dealership is the best hands down and Michelle is amazing. She's professional, friendly and informative. We've related on a personal level and she was very compassionate when I told her my husband just passed away. I like being able to make an appointment because I always have to wait for my car to be serviced. The car wash at the end is wonderful. It's nice driving off the lot in a clean car. I have recommended your dealership to family and friends.

I appreciated that the price I got on the phone was the the price when I walked in the dealership. The attempted upsell on things like maintenance and protection packages was tedious, I declined them all, but I suppose this is pretty standard.
