I’ve had all my vehicle service needs met at this

I’ve had all my vehicle service needs met at this location since purchase the vehicle in 2020. I was not satisfied with the service provided for my oil change. My needs and requests were handled with professionalism but they were not satisfied. After my appointment my tires were not inflated, service recommendations were not discussed, and afterwards my service engine light was still on. As a consumer I know I do have certain responsibilities when it comes to vehicle maintenance but I also have a right to chose who I patronize for the upkeep of my vehicle. Unfortunately, I just had a bad service experience.

I was very happy with service dept staff as I was getting

I was very happy with service dept staff as I was getting oil change …I was expecting my cabin filter was due to chance. Mechanic advised that my cabin filter was still good. Mechanic could easily advise to replace cabin filter but they told me that filter was still good and does not require replacement .

"DJ" aka Khalid, was great!

"DJ" aka Khalid, was great! I was at the dealership really late and he stayed until I finished. My car wasn't ready that night, so I had to wait for a family member to pick me up. DJ saw me waiting outside and offered me a ride home in his personal vehicle. Excellent customer service.

DJ Khalid was excellent!

DJ Khalid was excellent!!! He was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs and concerns! He also offered me a ride home because my car would not be ready until it was serviced the following day.
