service for the car was well just the customer service

service for the car was well just the customer service was horrible. they had me waiting for 2 hours until I got up to ask how my card was doing and said it was ready. and turn the table saying we called you didn't answer I had changed my number and wasn't even saved. like you could have confirmed my info when I got, they're for my appointment nothing. so, this dealership needs to invest in their customer service skills. train your desk people.

Good experience with service (oil change and tire

Good experience with service (oil change and tire rotation) appointment. Convenient Saturday appointment and minimal wait time. Nice waiting area and friendly people.

Having bought three cars from Browns I would think you'd

Having bought three cars from Browns I would think you'd know I had a pre-paid oil change. Two hours for a oil change, tire rotation and balance and a safety inspection...a little much. I was actually there for three hours because I got there an hour early. The staff is friendly. That's really the only saving grace.
