They said there is no failure to fix.
They said there is no failure to fix. But as soon as I drove my car, the failure in my car came back. I never want to receive service here again.

Dealer did not fully prep my car to take home.
Dealer did not fully prep my car to take home. Plastic wrappings on doors, dash and seatbelts. The locking lug nut set were left in the trunk. Luggage crossbars right next to them. I had to spend an additional 2 hours waiting after all papers were completed.

Had an appointment for simple oil change; had a 2 hour wait. Was never advised they "were short staffed" till I questioned why it took so long. I could have been happier had I been asked to reschedule..
