Both times I have brought my car in for scheduled
Both times I have brought my car in for scheduled maintenance it has taken hours. First was an oil change and I believe 8000 mile check up. Took roughly 2.5 hours if I recall. Second til was an oil change and they offered to check the airbag recall. Took 4 hours total. Both times no one let me know they were running behind when I checked in. No one came out while I was waiting with my child to inform us it would be a long time. I had to get up after 3 hours and ask. Turns out they also do not have loaner cars. At purchase, they told me if I brought the car to them for maintenance I could use a loaner or shuttle. I like their waiting area and they have some snacks/water but overall for driving an hour there, I don't want to sit another 2-4 hours when my appointment was scheduled. I'll probably unfortunately have to stay local for the sake of time.
