Best and only Dealer I deal with
Pleasant, negotiable, hit my price point for trade in, paperwork was particularly fast and fully complete (tags, registration, etc.), went out of their way to provide me the exact vehicle I was seeking, even though it was not on the lot.

Easy, low-key shopping and buying experience
My sales rep, Nicole, was very low-key but also extremely knowledgeable about the products and options. It was easy to do multiple test drives and then work the deal through email. Sarah was also great and efficient in working through the paperwork remotely.

Excellent Service, Professional Staff
Service advisors were very friendly and professional, work to be done was well explained and an accurate time estimate was provided and adhered to. Excellent experience. Our family trust Mazda vehicles, but we understand the reliability of a vehicle is greatly influenced by how well it is serviced. Our experience at Brown's Fairfax Mazda has incentivized us to purchase a second Mazda vehicle and it too will serviced at Brown's.

A nice reception
I came in unscheduled, after getting my car battery jump started (my car had been sitting unused for 4 months), and asked Brown's to check whether there was anything else that might be wrong. I was welcomed, was assured I'd get a quick inspection the next morning, which was fine. The next morning Janette called and assured me everything was in good shape. There was no charge, Janette greeted me by name though I hadn't seen her since last Fall, and I got a free carwash out of it. VERY NICE SERVICE.
