Great service by a friendly staff!

Great customer service. The service department staff were all super helpful, friendly, and had terrific attitudes! They really did take good care of us on our first visit.

Great service. Wonderful service personnel.

Everything was completed is a fast and smooth manner. The complementary valet service was efficient, particularly during this pandemic. My 2010 Mazda 6 runs like a new car.

Social distancing was observed.

Kept me advised as to how long repairs were taking. Also, gave my car a free carwash and vacuumed inside.

Great Service; Jenny is Awesome

Jenny was easy to work with over the phone - she's very patient and takes the time to make sure you understand the process, timing, and costs involved. She also applied to my final invoice a coupon I was not aware of, then explained how it was more advantageous for me to use the coupon than to use my military discount. I felt like she was thorough in every aspect of my appointment.

Very good service department

Even though it was crowded, everyone maintained covid safety procedures and at the same time took take of the customers like normal.

Good job!

Managers are attentive and keep me well informed during the process. For the valet service the driver was late picking up. Also, I was not given a delivery time. So, clearly not the best use of MY time.

The staff is always personable, explains things to me clearly and the waiting area is always clean, comfortable and accommodating. The service has always been outstanding and the process from scheduling an appointment to having my car serviced is always simple and smoothly done.
