Mazda CX 5 2020
Hopefully, car will have no further issues. Purchased the car on 2/15/20. First time that the car didn’t start was in April. Car taken in ....no answers found. This time car kept and hopefully problem taken care of. 🤔😃

Great Service but uneven advice from techs

Great Service
My son had spoke with the staff to let them know what he felt was needed and when arriving the models were available for testing and driving. That save time from riding around looking at different models. Since we are elderly, appreciated the manager having the vehicle delivered on time to our residence - was told the vehicle would be there at 12 noon and at 12 noon the phone rang and we were told the car was in the driveway. The service (delivery) person took time and patience in explaining the operation of the vehicle - all the knobs, push buttons, setting the radio stations, etc.

easy drop off and pick up....completely satisfied. 15,000 mile service, oil change, and crystal fusion service. Love having that extra protection and service plan on my Mazda!
