Why I love my new car

Smooth and easy
The overall service experience was smooth and easy. I had registered and scheduled the appointment on the website. I arrived and worked with a technician to confirm the scheduled activities. I was presented a list of findings and had the option to perform the requested activities or skip. The pricing is a tad expensive but we all have to eat I suppose. However, my purchase at the dealership and the continued service at the dealership has been manageable. Caveat to this review is that I had purchased the car new and that my car also has low mileage. I am not an aggressive driver. I try to take care of my car in hopes that it will take good care of me.

Maintenance services
The service is very quick and thorough. The service delivery lead (Chris López) explained everything that needed to be done, expected time etc. After the service was done, he also followed up to make sure everything was fine. Additionally, your service area staff were friendly and definitely were cleaning the common area frequently.
