Pleasant welcoming staff. Jason could not have been nicer. The work was done Within the time specified. It is a pleasant waiting area with a WiFi connection.

Easy to buy from

Extremely low pressure, no games or theatrics with the trade in. Paul was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Great Service

The ease of dealing with the sales person - no underhanded sales tactic - and smooth dealing at the finance office. Overall, your dealership seems to be much more organized than many of the dealership that I have been with before arriving at Brown's Fairfax Mazda. Many of the other dealership I have visited could not even give me any straight answer for anything that I asked. That makes your dealership very unique in a positive way.

Brown's Fairfax Mazda Excellent Service

Great service coordinator and team. Very happy with timing and service! Brown's Fairfax Mazda is my regular service provider. (They sold me the used Mazda 5 as well and have a great used car department.)

Great experience

Toni Vergara was a super nice guy and I really appreciated his knowledge, transparency and overall excitement about Miatas. He made the car buying experience really great. This was my first car purchase and it was very smooth.
