Nenad was amazing. He was relaxed and not pushy and was very knowledgeable on the car I was interested in. I really appreciated his service as well as the general manager’s. Would definitely recommend going to this dealership.

Great service, family company, friendly

Personal attention, kindness, no pressure. We were very impressed with the customer experience at this dealer. We heard multiple times: "We are here to help you find the car that's right for you; not to sell a car." They were true to these words.

Friendly, efficient service

My service advisor, Chris Lopez, was friendly and efficient. I had a minor problem after departing dealership, returned to service department and Chris took care of it immediately. I also liked ease of getting loaner car.

Long Drive BUT worth it

I recently found myself shopping for a 2019 Mazda cx9 Grand touring. I'm from Pennsylvania. I found several CX9's and made several calls to different dealerships. I decided to take a long drive to Fairfax Va. to check out a Blue and beige CX9. I was greeted by David Chung. He was very helpful in showing me the SUV and we went for a test drive. I told him I was interested and we talked price. He worked with his manger to get me as close to what I wanted to give. He didn't ask me dumb questions like what do I want my payments to be. Like other sales people pushing you into a sale. I was not pushed by the sales manager either. I was telling him about how I had a sales person at an other dealership that would not give me my keys back. He couldn't believe it. lol. To make a long story short. I drove my CX9 home that day. Thanks You David.

Polite Service technician and great service

My service specialist was kind, patient and kept me updated. She would come back to me in the waiting area to let me know how things were going with the repair.

Great Service, fast!

Your service reps are always on top of things. Took my coupons and applied them right away and fit me in for service without a problemon a busy Saturday
