Mazda maintenance service

Great communication and transparency. The rep clearly explains which services should be prioritized. And helped me understand the timing of the repairs to better arrange my schedule during the day.

Exceptional service

Mazda taking responsibility and making the experience very accommodating. However tire rotation was overlooked. Also I had to call to follow up on oil change.

Great Service

My service experience was outstanding. Matt Weller, my service advisor, was able to have my vehicle serviced without a scheduled appointment. After my vehicle was checked in, Matt provided timely updates on the status of the repairs and made sure that my vehicle was washed and sanitized before it was returned to me. The checkout was process was very easy and fast. Matt was friendly and extremely professional. I felt like a valued Mazda customer.

Good service; no delay to check in.

I dropped off my car and they had a loaner car all gassed up, clean, sanitized and waiting for me.

Mazda pre-owned keeps its word!

I was particularly impressed by the service I got after I bought my pre-owned car. Your dealership was straightforward in letting me know that the windshield was cracked but I wasn't able to arrange to have it fixed at the dealership's expense until 4 months after I bought the car. When I called, both Debbie and Sia responded immediately and arranged for the repair. Excellent! They were great.
