Very helpful and have a nice lounge if you plan on waiting at the dealership, I use Joseph Izzy for my service advisor and I highly recommend him. Over all nice dealership and excellent experience.

What can I say about Otto's and Melissa? I am so satisfied how I've been treated at Otto's...since the very first day I walked into the dealership! I had an excellent experience at BMW of West Chester. I arrived a little late and received a warm greeting of professionalism and respect. The receptionist knew I was coming and addressed me by name. She explained that my sales advisor was finishing up with a test drive. She offered me refreshments as I waited for his return. Ian Martin was my sales advisor and was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure I knew all about the process. Ian took his time explaining all of the software and mechanical features with ease and was able to answer all my questions. All the staff were amazing. I am happy I chose BMW of West Chester as my new dealership.
