BMW of West Chester and Heather were easy to work with. They provided clear and timely answers to any questions and were very helpful.

Best service advisor I have used at any dealership. Full detail is a service that lead to the purchase of a BMW. Porsche does this and Mercedes use too which is one reason I do not buy from them.

Great sales experience. Ian was wonderful and made the whole experience easy. The finance manager Jayson was also great. Never felt pressured with either of them. They were just friendly and helpful. Went in to just test drive the X3 M50 as the start of my new car search, but both the car and the service was so good that I bought without going anywhere else. Switched from a 2023 Audi and this experience just blew them away. My husband also owns a BMW that was purchased elsewhere but now serviced at BMW West Chester and he can't say enough about the team there as well, so I know I'm in good hands going forward.
