For JD JD helped us sort which model of Crosstrek was best for our needs. He was extremely helpful. The negotiations on trade in and sales price dragged out over two days - would have been nice to get it nailed down in just one day, but we appreciated the movement to get us there. My only suggestion is that the dealership clean up the car before handing it over. All of the stickers were still on the car, there was some dirt in the interior and the exterior of the car could have used a wash. Also, it was supposed to come with a full tank of gas. We discovered the gauge was on empty as we drove away.

Robert was very nice and professional; however, I was not kept informed on a timely basis. I got there at 7:30am and while I understand that the techs don’t get in until 8am, my car was not ready until noon.
