Subarus batteries are terrible and they had no solution.

Scheduling was online, but I needed to confirm by phone. The technicians were great, walked me through the service, and provided a detailed report. The service took about the right time they estimated. I waited in the lounge and was able to get some work completed during the service.

Advisor Brad Rush is top-notch. After making an appointment for a lube/oil/multipoint inspection and then following up with a filter change, waiting over an hour for completion seems excessive.

Robert, the service coordinator guy was great!
