Clean, great selection, fair MSRP and rates. Sales manager made the buying experience terrible - non transparent in the contact. Hidden additional costs without explanation. Just an unfortunate buying experience. We almost reconsidered being there. Stay away from Ben the sales manager.

The staff was polite and helpful, but .
The staff was polite and helpful, but ... I sat around for two hours before my problem was diagnosed and then told that they didn't have the correct part. Also didn't have the part for the recall that I had made an appointment for a week earlier. I was charged $117 for a diagnosis for a problem that you couldn't fix for a lack of a part and then I had the work done else where for 70% of the estimated cost by you, not counting the cost of the diagnosis.

Someone scheduled my appointment on Saturday, I drove 45+
Someone scheduled my appointment on Saturday, I drove 45+ minutes and found out they weren’t open. I was rescheduled for Monday, took a day off work because of the mid-scheduling & then they gave me a very small discount. I plan to take my car somewhere else from now on.

They were so thoughtful in getting a loaner vehicle
They were so thoughtful in getting a loaner vehicle during my 120,000 service but then when traffic on I-70 was a horror over a holiday weekend, including fatal accidents and closures, there was no issue in allowing me to keep the loaner over the weekend until Monday. Thank you so much for the logical yet generous allowance. It allowed our whole extended family who were here on vacation, a safe, stress free holiday weekend while my own Subaru was getting tuned up for another 120,000 miles of safe travel!
