I was given excellent service.

I was given excellent service. Axel showed me what needed to be done totally getting me road ready for road trip I will need to taking for brother's health reasons. He kept me informed what Matt the mechanic was doing. He went far and beyond the call of duty assuring me of safety first while on the road. I totally appreciate his sincere concern and time while I was reading a good book! You keep the customer happy and I will definitely return referring others as well! Thank you for your service.

Groove auto Subaru before would not service my Honda

Groove auto Subaru before would not service my Honda Ridgeline. I called just to see this time and they said yes. I guess the new Autostar Subaru allows servicing of other vehicle besides Chrysler Jeep Dodge Subaru which saved me a trip to Denver to a Honda dealer. My service advisor had my back at drop off I was in a hurry to make it down to children's hospital for surgery with my kids appendix. He took good care of my truck and got everything taken care of. From now on auto star Subaru is my go to for car service. We bought my Jeep here when it was groove. Then bought my wife's Subaru from here when it was becoming auto star. Great folks and awesome service.

I don’t remember who the service advisor was and his

I don’t remember who the service advisor was and his picture isn’t in the menu, however he did a terrific job getting me in and out. He checked my additional warranties that I had forgotten about and the work turned out to be fully covered. I’ll be back! Very Satisfied!
