Poor service.

Poor service. I paid for oil change + inspection for my Nissan pathfinder but Journey Nissan has done only oil change. I asked them before I got back my car if they have done the inspection and they answered yes, everything is good. It's wasn't true because the last service I had had in March,Nissan of Gurnee recommended me to do some repairs I have not done. You guys, you have to do better job like NISSAN OF GURNEE, otherwise...

Ryan S was fantastic in helping me buy my first Nissan car. He was clear and kind. It was easy and smooth car-buying experience. I am happy with the whole process and my out-the-door price. I highly recommend this place and working with Ryan. I was in and out in less than than 2 hours - including a test drive and transferring vehicles! A seamless crew here. Grateful.
