I would highly recommend Ziegler Nissan of Gurnee.

I would highly recommend Ziegler Nissan of Gurnee. Bill and Ken are both very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I have purchased three vehicles from their store, I will keep coming back to this store because of them.

Issue not completely fixed after repair, was told I’d

Issue not completely fixed after repair, was told I’d receive a call the following week when part was in, no call. I called to follow up was told I’d have a call within the next hour, no call yet and it’s been 4 days!!

Yesterday we purchase our third vehicle from Zeigler

Yesterday we purchase our third vehicle from Zeigler Nissan of Gurnee, Illinois. Our salesman Ken Hibbin is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He makes the process enjoyable. We live in another city that I could purchase from, but I have been so pleased with Ken. Bill ( the sales manager) was so helpful and professional. They definitely keep me coming back, I highly recommend them and Nissan Ziegler of Gurnee.

All I have to say is Jimmy has been amazing through this

All I have to say is Jimmy has been amazing through this whole experience. With my work schedule it is very hard for me to actually sit on the phone and talk to someone, and Jimmy was texting me through the entire process. He ran my credit checks before I arrived and got me into my car. When I got to the dealership all my paperwork was there and ready for me to sign! I also want to give a HUGE thank you to I believe her name was Kim with the pretty eye lashes LOL! She treated you like a normal person instead of just another sale that you get from other dealerships. Zeigler Nissan treats you more like family than they do a sale. They are very warm and welcoming and work with you and your budget! This is my second purchase with them and I've gotten all my maintenance work done here as well. Would highly recommend them!

Great experience with great service.

Great experience with great service. As with everything in life nothing is 100% there is always opportunities for improvement. I purchased from this dealership because of past experiences with the Service department here with my 2012 Rogue.
