Woodfield Lexus provides excellent customer service.

Woodfield Lexus provides excellent customer service. Victorino took such great care of me. I will always come back to Woodfield Lexus. Arlington Lexus provides terrible customer service that’s why I went back to Woodfield Lexus. Unfortunately when I bought my car Woodfield did not have any in stock that’s why I ended up at Arlington. Arlington did service on my car that was not needed and charged me for it. Plus their customer service lacks.

Dan was fantastic to work with from start to finish! He was professional, approachable, and never pushy, which made the car-buying process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Caryn, the finance manager, was equally amazing—knowledgeable, super friendly, and took the time to walk me through all the financing options without ever being pushy about add-ons. Together, they made the entire experience easy, transparent, and enjoyable. Highly recommend working with this team!
