Our experience was posative from the first phone call friday morning to the new car purchase that night. From my first conversation with Kurt that morning, and after building the LX CRV on line, the price he gave me over the phone was less than the build on line price. The car I had picked was cleaned, preped, and ready for a test drive when we arrived, Kurt explained the operation of the equipment and the accessories like a knowledgeable professional. We test drove the car and decided to upgrade to an EX model of a different color. We came prepared just in case we decided to purchase that day. The dealership offered me a reasonable amount for our trade, The finance manager got me a better rate than the rate they quoted me on the phone, and even with the upgrade our payments ended up very close to what I had budgeted for the new car. We drove home that night in the comfort of our new Honda, and were very satisfied with the way the dealership operated, the treatment we received, the price we got, the care that was taken explaining all the electronics and systems and confident of the quality of the Honda product we just purchased. My wife and I had both worked for car dealers long ago, so we know how a good dealership should operate, and we know the problems that can happen too. What we experienced at Preston's was a professional and pleasurable experience that we will be sure to tell our friends about. Thanks and we will be back again. Mike Edmond

Upon website inquiry, Kurt Abraham responded so quickly and friendly, that we had to make contact. He gave us all the information needed, maintained contact during the several weeks in which our situation changed slightly, remained courteous, friendly and very hospitable. Once we arrived at the showroom, we were his only concern -- certainly not "pushy", just extremely helpful and willing to do almost anything asked of him to complete the sale.

Kurt and Valerie are my heroes! I called and spoke to...
Kurt and Valerie are my heroes! I called and spoke to Kurt Abraham about a car I saw online and could immediately tell he was going to be very nice to work with. I got to the dealership an hour before they closed and Kurt and Valerie stayed late to help me take the car home that day! Not only that, they were still beyond friendly even an hour after they were closed and never once made me feel rushed or gave the impression that they were upset to stay late. Once everything was done Kurt took the extra time to get back into the car with me just to make sure I knew how everything worked and point out all the features. I highly recommend Kurt and this dealership! Super friendly, made me and my boyfriend laugh and I didn't feel pressured. I have never written a review before for anything. I am just honestly so happy with my experience I had there today that I couldn't wait to get home and write this!

Kurt Abraham was very nice and polite. He is a very good sales associate. I do wish that the car that Preston brought in for me had come from Pennsylvania instead of Ohio because I would not have to deal with the licence plate holder on the front of the car or it's removal and cosmetic repair of front bumper. Also, the papers that I signed stated that the car would have 100 miles on it to reflect the drive from Cleveland. In reality, the car had 200 miles on it when I took delivery. I also have to take the car back in for an inspection sticker on the windshield. On the plus side, the car came in with mud flaps which was an added perk. Also, the deal was set on the 30th of December and Preston wanted the papers to be signed on the 31st. Since I was working, they sent a driver to my place of employment (in inclement weather) with the papers so that I did not have to make the trip to New Castle. This was very nice!!! Overall, the experience was almost exceptional.

The sales people were great and very friendly....I enjoyed working with Kurt and Bryan. I would definitely refer people to the dealership and looking forward to working with them again......My only disappointment is that the vehicle did not come with mats....and feel that Honda should send me a set.
