Kurt found the exact car I wanted the day that I walked into Preston Honda. He gave me a great deal on the car and I was able to sign and drive away with my car the very next day. Before I left, he showed me how to properly use the accessories in my car. I highly recommend people going to Preston Honda when shopping for a new car.

I was very happy with my purchase and with the helpfulness of the salesman and finance manager. I have always preferred Honda vehicles and this dealership made my purchase quick and very understanding for me since this was my first new purchase. I will return to Preston Honda for any upcoming car purchases.

Preston Honda is a great dealership, highly recommend them. Kurt Abraham got us into a very nice Jeep Liberty, from the time we contacted them, till we walked out the door we were treated like we were there #1 customer, the process went quick and smooth. It had been awhile since purchasing a car. The car I had originally went to purchase turned out to be a little more than I wanted to take on So I told Kurt what I thought I could afford. With in a couple of hours he sent me I believe 4 cars to look at I originally choose a 2006 Honda Civic When I went to get the Civic I just asked if there where any more and maybe an Accord,well it turns out Kurt found a 2008 Accord for a little less money. So I have to say It was a real pleasure doing business with Kurt ,Preston Honda,and well everyone at the store. Kurt Abraham,my personal associate comes with my highest recomendation. Bud

James Preston was very helpful in the purchase of my 2013...

James Preston was very helpful in the purchase of my 2013 Honda Ridgeline. He helped me get a fair trade for my 2007 Ridgeline. He located the Ridgeline Sport in the color and options I wanted and was very good in showing me all the options. The day of sale went very smoothly with no complications. This is the third vehicle we have purchased through the Preston Auto Group and will continue to buy through them into the forseeable future. The internet sales and being able to "chat" live with a representative make the "dreaded car buying experience" hands down more easy and convienent in the busy lives we lead. This is the third new Honda I've purchased and the first from Preston Honda. It was by far the most pleasant, refreshing experience. No sales pitches, pressure, or mind games whatsoever. All my questions were answered in a very professional manner and I was given all the time necessary to explain every aspect of purchasing my C-RV and the details of operating the vehicle. Very thorough and clear information. Thanks for all that; it's made my enjoyment of my new car even more pleasant.

I am visiting Monaca from Oregon. I had 30% life left on...

I am visiting Monaca from Oregon. I had 30% life left on the oil, so I figured I might just squeak by on this trip. My car didn't agree. I looked online and saw the great reviews for Preston Honda. I made an appointment for a few days later and due to a scheduling problem had to cancel at the last second. I was told I could drop in on Saturday and they might be able to squeeze me in. I showed up on Saturday with no appointment and ,although they were running shorthanded, they got my car in and did the service. When my car was returned to me not only was the oil changed but the car had been washed and the service rep was apologizing for me having to wait so long. My wait had been less than an hour and a half long from when I entered the service department to me driving off. Now that is service. I just wish I lived closer. I wish I could give you guys a 6 star rating for your customer service.
